Q. How long does it take to receive my vehicle after I pay?

You can receive your vehicle as soon as you have signed all the relevant documents pertaining to the transaction.

Q. Can I inspect the vehicle before I buy?

Yes, you can even bring your own mechanic to test drive and inspect before purchasing.

Q. Do you have any facility for customers with duty free concession?

Yes, we do. The customer can contact us by visiting our office or via telephone or e-mail when buying with duty free concession.

Q. Can I order my vehicle if you do not have in your current stock?

Yes, you can. Simply contact us with your request with the vehicle you intend to purchase.

Q. Do you sell vehicles on Hire Purchase?

Yes, we do. Simply contact us by visiting our office to discuss this mode of purchase.

Q. Do you offer any guarantee on the vehicle when purchase is made?

Yes, we do. We offer three (3) months or three thousand kilometres (3000 kms) whichever comes first.

Q. Can you change the colour of the vehicle if requested by the customer?

Yes, we can. You will have to pay the costs that will be incurred to get this done.
